Terms and Conditions

    Kindly read the Terms and Conditions of Ride Abuja below carefully. After you have e-signed with your name and email, you will be redirected to start your registration.


    Ride Abuja Waiver:
    As consideration for being allowed to participate in the Ride Abuja Cycling Race, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that my participation in the race involves risks, including but not limited to, injury or death. I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians or legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attack any member of Ride Abuja or 76 Cycling Club or destroy the property of the promoters, sponsors and partners, for any and all injuries or damage arising from my participation in the race.

    2. Release and Indemnification :
    I release and hold harmless Ride Abuja, 76 Cycling Club, its trustees, exco, volunteers, sponsors, partners, collectively or individually from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assignee may have for any damages, losses or expenses arising from my participation in the race.

    3. Medical Certification:
    I represent and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for Ride Abuja. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before embarking on the race.

    4. Emergency Medical Treatment:
    In the event of an emergency, I authorise Ride Abuja to provide emergency medical treatment, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, and calling for other appropriate emergency services.

    5. Race Rules:
    I agree to abide by all the race rules that have been posted on the race website, FAQs, Social Media posts, and made known to me during the pre-race briefing. I also agree to immediately leave the race route and proceed to the finishing point once a race marshal concludes that I did not cross the cut-off point within the allotted time.

    6. Photography and Video Release:
    I grant permission to the organizers of Ride Abuja to take and publish photographs and videos of me during the event in any broadcast, telecast, social media or any other form of media.

    7. Acknowledgement:
    I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the organizers of Ride Abuja as well as its promoters, sponsors, and partners. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Ride Abuja and e-sign this waiver using my name and email address of my own freewill.
